Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of solar, battery, electrical, and air-conditioning services by Mountain Breeze Solar & Battery Solutions to you (the “Customer”). By accepting a quote or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ from those initially disclosed or if additional electrical work is required to meet Victorian safety standards and service rules.

2. Installations and Grid Connection

  • Installations will be carried out by appropriately licenced electricians and SAA-accredited installers and designers.

  • Grid-connection approval from your local electricity distributor is required before systems can be fully commissioned. Whilst we manage this application process on your behalf, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party network operators.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules (including deposits and final balances) will be outlined in your individual invoice or quote agreement.

  • Ownership of all hardware and equipment remains with Mountain Breeze Solar & Battery Solutions until full payment is received.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss or damage arising out of or connected to our services is limited strictly to the re-performance of the services or the repair/replacement of faulty goods.
